Religious Papal honors to be conferred on Marquette priest, Hancock residents

MARQUETTE — Papal honors will be conferred on three Upper Peninsula Catholics on Friday, Jan. 14. Bishop Alexander Sample of the Catholic Diocese of Marquette will preside at the celebration of Solemn Vespers at St. Peter Cathedral in Marquette.

MARQUETTE - The Catholic Diocese of Marquette will host an open house at its new office building on Friday, Jan. 7, from 2 to 6 p.m. The public is invited to visit the diocese’s new home at 1004 Harbor Hills Drive in Marquette.
